ARROW TRAILS

Terms of Service

Effective date: August 1, 2026 · Publisher: Sigma Stack

1. The app

Arrow Trails is a puzzle game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. By using it you accept these terms and the platform terms of Apple / Google.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its content (artwork, puzzles, code) except as permitted by law.

3. Purchases

Premium subscriptions ($2.99/month, $19.99/year), the lifetime unlock, and the remove-ads purchase are billed by the App Store / Google Play under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by the stores per their policies. Purchases unlock features on-device via an anonymous entitlement — no account is created.

4. Fair play

The daily puzzle is free. We may update, add, or rebalance content (levels, difficulty, features) in app updates.

5. Ads

Free players may see ads as described in the Privacy Policy. The remove-ads purchase or any Premium plan removes interstitial and banner ads.

6. Availability

The app works offline; store-dependent features (purchases, ads) require connectivity. We may discontinue the app or features with reasonable notice; local play of the version you have installed is unaffected.

7. Third-party content

Music: "Floating Cities" by Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com), used under CC BY 4.0.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and consumers keep all mandatory statutory rights.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in release notes. Continued use after an update is acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the publisher's country of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your own country.
