ARROW TRAILS

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 1, 2026 · Publisher: Sigma Stack

Arrow Trails does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email, or contacts, and does not sell your data. Your game progress lives on your device. The only third parties involved are Google AdMob (ads for free players) and RevenueCat (purchases). This page spells out the details.

1. Data we do not collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit: your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, precise location, health data, browsing history, or any user-generated content. The app has no accounts, no login, and no chat. We do not use analytics SDKs.

2. Data stored only on your device

Game progress — streaks, solved puzzles, best times, level progress, hint and zen counters, and settings — is stored locally on your device. It never leaves your device except as part of your standard device backup (iCloud / Google backup), which is controlled by you and your platform account, not by us. Deleting the app deletes this data.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Free players see ads: optional rewarded ads (for extra hints or zen puzzles), and capped interstitial and banner ads in the Levels mode only. Ads are served by Google AdMob configured for non-personalized ads with a maximum content rating of G, and the app does not request Apple App Tracking Transparency permission.

To serve and measure ads, Google may process: device identifiers (e.g., IDFV on iOS; advertising ID on Android as permitted by your device settings), IP address (which can imply coarse location), device and app metadata, and ad-interaction events. This processing is governed by Google's privacy policy and AdMob's data disclosures.

You can remove all interstitial and banner ads with the one-time "Remove ads" purchase or any Premium plan. Rewarded ads only play when you choose to watch one.

4. Purchases (RevenueCat and the app stores)

Payments are handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play — we never see your card details. To activate and restore purchases, our purchase-management provider RevenueCat processes: an anonymous app-user ID (random, generated on device), purchase receipts/tokens, product IDs, and purchase timestamps. This is used solely to deliver what you bought across reinstalls. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

5. Crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics)

To find and fix bugs, the app uses Google's Firebase Crashlytics. If the app crashes or hits an internal error, Crashlytics sends us a technical report: the stack trace, your device model and OS version, the app version, and an install-scoped identifier (not your name or advertising ID). This data is used solely to diagnose and fix problems, is retained by Firebase for 90 days, and is governed by Google's Firebase privacy documentation.

6. Notifications

The optional daily reminder is a local notification scheduled on your device. It requires your permission, can be turned off any time in Settings or system settings, and involves no server and no data transmission.

7. Children

Arrow Trails is a logic puzzle suitable for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. Ads are restricted to G-rated content and are non-personalized. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children; there is nothing in the app that could submit it.

8. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA / similar laws)

Because we hold no personal data about you on any server of ours, most requests are satisfied on your own device: deleting the app erases all game data. For data processed by our providers you can contact them directly (links above) or email us and we will help route your request: access, correction, deletion, or objection. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA. Where consent frameworks apply to advertising, Google's certified consent tooling governs the ad SDK's behavior.

9. Security and retention

Locally stored game data persists until you delete the app. We retain nothing server-side. Our providers retain data per their own published policies.

10. Changes to this policy

If our data practices ever change (for example, adding analytics or accounts), we will update this page and the effective date, and material changes will be flagged in the app's release notes before they take effect.
