Restorations and Reunite keepsakes are paid for with one-time credit packs. Credits are consumed only when a result is successfully created. There is no subscription. New users receive a small number of free credits to start.
Only upload photos you have the right to use. Don’t use Heirloom to create misleading, deceptive, or harmful content, or to impersonate others.
AI restoration is best-effort and results vary by source quality. Credits are not consumed when processing fails.
All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple through your App Store account.
Heirloom is provided “as is”, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
