How to request deletion of your data
- Email arslanattangent@gmail.com
with the subject line "Arrow Escape data deletion request".
- If possible, include your device's advertising identifier
(iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising; Android: Settings → Google → Ads)
so third-party records can be matched — the app has no accounts, so this is the only identifier
that can link data to your device.
- We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Analytics data (gameplay events, crash logs) held in Google Firebase — deleted on request.
- Purchase records held in RevenueCat (anonymous purchase history for the Remove Ads product) — deleted on request. Note: Apple/Google keep their own store transaction records under their policies.
- Advertising data is processed by Google AdMob; you can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings, which unlinks past ad data from your device.
What is kept, and for how long
- Game progress (levels, stars, coins, settings) exists only on your device — we never have a copy. Uninstalling the app deletes it immediately.
- No other data is retained after a deletion request is completed. There is no additional retention period beyond the 30-day processing window.
You can request deletion whether or not you still have the app installed.
