Arrow Escape ("the app", "we") is a casual puzzle game published by Arslan Shaukat. This policy explains what data the app handles, and how.
You can request deletion of analytics and purchase data at any time — see the data deletion instructions. Requests are completed within 30 days.
Game progress, cosmetic purchases made with in-game coins, and settings are saved locally on your device. Deleting the app deletes this data. We have no copy of it and cannot restore it.
The app shows optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may process your device's advertising identifier, IP address (which implies coarse location), and basic device information. We request non-personalized ads only. You can reset your advertising identifier in your device settings at any time. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses ad data. Purchasing Remove Ads permanently disables interstitial ads; rewarded ads remain available only when you choose to watch them.
The one-time "Remove Ads" purchase is processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app-generated identifier and your purchase history for this app so your purchase can be restored on reinstall. RevenueCat does not receive your name or payment details — those stay with Apple/Google. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand aggregate gameplay (e.g. which levels are hardest) and to fix crashes. Firebase processes an app-instance identifier, device model and OS version, country (from IP), and gameplay events such as "level completed". These events contain no personal information. See Firebase's privacy documentation.
Arrow Escape is a family-friendly game but is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are served in non-personalized mode for all players.
The full game works offline. When offline, no ad, purchase or analytics data is transmitted.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
